General Terms and Conditions of Reuser’s Information Services applicable to all services delivered by Reuser’s Information Services.
These Terms and Conditions are created by Reuser’s Information Services for the purpose of delivering training programmes, consultancy, workshops and other RIS services.
These terms overrule all other Terms and Conditions. In case of a conflict with the Terms of a client, the RIS Terms and Conditions will be used.

RIS delivers a wide range of services to clients. Amongst others, RIS services include:
Consultancy, in-house training programmes and presentations are negotiated with the client. Public training programmes are usually fixed in contents and delivery format.
All services may be delivered in real life or online via a teleconferencing programme.
RIS training programmes and workshops are usually supported by documentation, depending on the agreements with the customer. The documentation is fully available for each participant to keep for their own use and study.

Bookings may be made for all RIS services.
RIS recommends for in-house training programmes, presentations and workshops to book a date or multiple dates early to prevent any agenda problems later. Changing the booked date or cancelling the booked date is free of charge. In case of a upcoming agenda conflict with other potential clients, RIS will contact the original client and discuss a solution.
The procedure for booking a seat on a public training programme or workshop is as follows:
Admission to public training programmes and workshops are open to anyone.
Admission to in-house training programmes, briefings and presentations is the responsibility of the client. The maximum number of participants to anyone training programme or workshop is around 15.
Participants to any RIS service are recommended:
Usually, the level of RIS services is at college or university level (minor level), unless otherwise agreed with the client. There is no requirement for in-depth technical knowledge of computing, networks or operating systems. RIS services are usually aimed at alpha and gamma studies.
RIS services are always delivered in U.K. English. All training materials are in U.K. English. RIS services will be delivered in U.K. English or Dutch, depending on the participants. If a RIS service is delivered in Dutch, the other training materials will be in U.K. English nevertheless.
In case of an in-house training where language capabilities of the participants are insufficient, a live translator may be used. RIS recommends to inform RIS instructors as soon as possible if a live translator will be used. The training agenda needs to be adapted for this. The expenses for translation services are for the client.
Pricing for public training programmes is fixed. Pricing for in-house training programmes will be determined based on mutual agreement between RIS and the client.
All pricing is fixed. There are no after calculations or variable expenses. All pricing is inclusive of all preparations by RIS and it’s instructors. The invoice for RIS services must be paid in full prior to delivery of the service. For specific customers or reasons, exceptions may be made.
All prices are always excluding 21% VAT (btw), unless the client can refer to official documents that the client is is exempted for VAT.
For international clients, all pricing by RIS is excluding VAT & local taxes, excluding travel and excluding accommodation. RIS instructors and teachers will arrive one day early on the destination and leave one day after the final day of service delivery, unless agreed otherwise. A three day course abroad is thus four nights accommodation. Print documentation, postage and handling will be charged extra.
Any extra expenses associated with international wire-tranfer, payment by Paypal and the like are for the client.
The currency for all RIS services is EURO.
If a client likes to cancel a reservation for a public training programme the client is invited to inform RIS as soon as possible, either by e-mail or by phone.
Cancellation of a booking for a public training programme or workshop before two weeks prior to training start is free of charge. Cancellation of a booking for public training programme or workshop within two weeks prior to training start will be charged with 50% of the admission price to cover the cost of preparations by RIS. Cancellation within a week prior to training start will be charged with 100% of the admission price.
After cancellation, if a payment was made, RIS will reimburse the admission price to the same bank account as used for the payment, unless otherwise agreed with the client.
RIS reserves the right to cancel a client’ booking at any time. The client will be notified in advance of the intention to cancel and RIS will always try to find a satisfactory solution.
if an in-house training is cancelled, changed or postponed by the client, any expenses already made by RIS such as accommodation and or travel expenses and any expenses made during preparation of the service, will be charged to the client. The client will be informed by RIS when RIS is about to make expenses like these.
For any in-house training, RIS shall not be held accountable for any damage to the client if a in-house training programme needs to be cancelled, changed, or postponed due to circumstances beyond reasonable control of RIS, including but not limited to: illness, strikes, industrial action, acts of war, terrorism, crime, bad weather or political changes.

The training materials, including but not limited to books, handouts, quick reference sheets, digital content, presentations, online websites and any other proprietary educational materials created by and provided within RIS training programs, are solely owned by RIS and are protected under copyright laws.
All rights, including but not limited to copyright, intellectual property, and any other proprietary rights related to the training materials, remain the sole property of [Your Company Name]. The transfer, sale, or assignment of these rights to any third party, without explicit written consent from RIS, is strictly prohibited.
Participants of RIS’s training programs and RIS services are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the training materials for their personal educational purposes only. This license does not permit the reproduction, distribution, or sharing of these materials to third parties in any way without express written consent from RIS.
Where third-party materials, such as content from public websites, internet search engines, or online databases, are utilized within the training materials provided by RIS, the copyright of such materials remains the property of their respective owners. The use of these materials within the training content is for educational purposes and does not indicate ownership or transfer of their copyrights to RIS. Participants are responsible for adhering to the copyright terms and conditions of any third-party materials they may access or use during the training programs.
In the event of a conflict between the terms and conditions of RIS and those of the participants or participants employers, the terms and conditions of RIS shall prevail. By participating in any RIS service, participants agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth by RIS.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of The Netherlands. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in The Kingdom of the Netherlands.
RIS (Your Company) strives to provide comprehensive and valuable training materials. Although RIS is committed to providing accurate, up to date, correct and reliable information in its services, those criteria cannot always be guaranteed due to the nature of the subject. Participants engaging with these materials are solely responsible for their use. RIS shall not be held liable for any misuse, misinterpretation, or improper application of the training content by participants or their companies.
RIS is dedicated to delivering high-quality services with accurate and valuable content. Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy, relevance, and reliability of the materials provided. However, due to the dynamic nature of the subject matter and the evolving industry standards, RIS cannot guarantee the absolute accuracy, completeness, or currentness of the content at all times. Participants acknowledge that while RIS endeavours to deliver the best possible training, variations and updates in information may occur, and thus, RIS cannot warrant the absolute precision of all content at any given moment.
All training materials provided by RIS are the intellectual property of the company and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Participants are strictly prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or using the materials for commercial purposes without explicit consent by RIS. RIS shall not be held liable for any claim of copyright or patent infringement arising from the misuse or un-authorized distribution of the training materials by participants or their affiliated organisations.
While RIS endeavours to offer accurate and beneficial training content, any damage, injury, or loss incurred by participants due to the faulty or improper use of the lessons is not the responsibility of RIS or its representatives. Participants engaging with the training materials do so at their own risk, and RIS shall not be liable for any resulting damages or consequences.
Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless RIS and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or in connection with the misuse of the training materials or any breach of the terms and conditions outlined.
